Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, where the selected candidate will build and run the brand’s ecommerce presence and related income channels. The role involves launching and improving online store operations, handling product uploads, pricing, and stock control, and working with designers or suppliers to create merchandise that fits the Employee Vs HR identity. The position also covers order handling, delivery coordination, and customer assistance to maintain a seamless purchase journey.
Core duties
Day-to-day work will include reviewing sales results, tracking important performance indicators, managing online offers, and partnering with the social media team so ecommerce campaigns align with content and audience engagement. Qualifications
