Job description
Role Overview
This is a full-time position based in AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time). The role involves supporting the launch and day-to-day handling of a merchandise store on Printerval.com, along with helping grow the brand’s presence across social media.
E-Commerce Management
- Build and configure a merchandise storefront on Printerval.com.
- Upload artwork and designs across different print-on-demand products.
- Prepare polished product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, tags, and categories.
- Keep product details correct, clear, and attractive to shoppers.
- Maintain and organize the product catalog.
- Review listings regularly and make updates when needed.
Social Media Marketing
- Promote products organically on Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop engaging content that strengthens brand visibility and brings traffic to the store.
- Plan, schedule, and publish social posts.
- Reply to comments and messages when needed and help maintain audience engagement.
- Research trends, hashtags, and online communities that can improve organic reach.
- Support growth in the brand’s social media audience and customer interaction.
Administrative Support
- Record completed uploads and finished product listings.
- Share regular progress updates and reports.
- Suggest ways to improve product listings and marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Prior experience in e-commerce, ideally with print-on-demand businesses.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing product listings.
- Comfort with Facebook and Instagram marketing.
- Strong written English communication ability.
- Good attention to detail and solid organizational habits.
- Ability to work without close supervision and meet deadlines.
- Basic design knowledge in tools such as Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
- Experience with Shopify, Etsy, Printify, Printful, Printerval, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
