Job description

Role Overview

This is a full-time position based in AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time). The role involves supporting the launch and day-to-day handling of a merchandise store on Printerval.com, along with helping grow the brand’s presence across social media.

E-Commerce Management

  • Build and configure a merchandise storefront on Printerval.com.
  • Upload artwork and designs across different print-on-demand products.
  • Prepare polished product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, tags, and categories.
  • Keep product details correct, clear, and attractive to shoppers.
  • Maintain and organize the product catalog.
  • Review listings regularly and make updates when needed.

Social Media Marketing

  • Promote products organically on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Develop engaging content that strengthens brand visibility and brings traffic to the store.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish social posts.
  • Reply to comments and messages when needed and help maintain audience engagement.
  • Research trends, hashtags, and online communities that can improve organic reach.
  • Support growth in the brand’s social media audience and customer interaction.

Administrative Support

  • Record completed uploads and finished product listings.
  • Share regular progress updates and reports.
  • Suggest ways to improve product listings and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in e-commerce, ideally with print-on-demand businesses.
  • Hands-on experience creating and managing product listings.
  • Comfort with Facebook and Instagram marketing.
  • Strong written English communication ability.
  • Good attention to detail and solid organizational habits.
  • Ability to work without close supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Basic design knowledge in tools such as Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
  • Experience with Shopify, Etsy, Printify, Printful, Printerval, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
