Compensation and Benefits

• The net monthly salary approximates 3000€ for full-time employment.
• Employees receive weekly advances of 200€ every Thursday automatically.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform construction and renovation works on roads, sidewalks, and related infrastructure.
• Carry out earthmoving and water-sewage system tasks.
• Prepare and level grounds for asphalt surfaces and paving stone installations.
• Laying paving stones, curbs, and edging elements.
• Execute base construction and surface preparation activities.
• Operate fundamental construction tools and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with the team on ongoing roadwork and paving projects.
• Maintain site cleanliness and adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.

Requirements and Independence

• A minimum of four years’ professional experience in earthworks or road construction roles.
• Communicative proficiency in German or English languages.
• Possession of a personal vehicle is essential for commuting to project sites, granting independence and flexibility.
• Ownership of personal workwear and basic tools is required.
