Compensation and Benefits

Job Responsibilities
- Perform construction and renovation works on roads, sidewalks, and related infrastructure.
- Carry out earthmoving and water-sewage system tasks.
- Prepare and level grounds for asphalt surfaces and paving stone installations.
- Laying paving stones, curbs, and edging elements.
- Execute base construction and surface preparation activities.
- Operate fundamental construction tools and equipment.
- Collaborate closely with the team on ongoing roadwork and paving projects.
- Maintain site cleanliness and adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
Requirements and Independence
- A minimum of four years’ professional experience in earthworks or road construction roles.
- Communicative proficiency in German or English languages.
- Possession of a personal vehicle is essential for commuting to project sites, granting independence and flexibility.
- Ownership of personal workwear and basic tools is required.
