Role Overview

• Deliver play-based learning programs that engage children effectively.
• Collaborate with leadership to continually enhance educational planning.
• Integrate various learning areas such as language, mathematics, science, and music into play activities.
• Develop and maintain stimulating and safe learning environments founded on play-centric methodologies.
• Conduct educational planning, including observations and reflective practices.
• Encourage positive interactions among children within the learning space.
• Work closely with the team to gather insights and improve teaching approaches.
• Support and promote inclusive practices within the classroom.
• Interact with children, families, fellow staff, and the broader community to foster engagement.

Candidate Profile

• Candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Early Childhood Education aiming to expand their practical experience.
• Or experienced Early Childhood Teachers seeking new career opportunities and professional advancement.
