Role Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum Level 6 in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English sufficient to communicate effectively within an educational setting.
• Previous experience working in childcare centers.
• For the Room Leader position: prior work experience in Ireland is required.
• Willingness and availability to relocate to Dublin.
• Possession of a valid Police Clearance Certificate.
• Provision of professional references.

Working Hours

• Approximately 32.5 hours per week.
• Consistent daytime shift schedule.

About the Center

• A bright, spacious, and modern facility.
• Located in Finglas, a residential neighborhood approximately 8 km northwest of Dublin city center, near the airport.
• Caring for children aged 2 to 5 years.
• Curriculum guided by Aistear, emphasizing child interests.
• Use of diverse educational materials including puzzles, arts and crafts, building activities, sensory play (sand and water), imaginative play (kitchen, animals, dress-up), stories, and music.
• Focus on preparing children for primary school by fostering independence, numeracy, literacy, and pencil control skills.
