Early Childhood Educator

About the Role

Teach East seeks Early Childhood Educators for a prestigious international school in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Candidates will be responsible for delivering dynamic lessons, fostering a nurturing atmosphere, and supporting the holistic growth—academic, social, and emotional—of young children.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree specializing in Early Childhood Education, Early Years Education, or Primary Education.
• Possession of a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent full teaching license.
• At least two years of professional experience in Early Years teaching, ideally within the UAE or at institutions offering British or American international curricula.
• Fluency in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills, close to native proficiency.
• Readiness to start within one month, with immediate availability preferred.
• Preference for applicants either already residing in the UAE or those with fully attested documents prepared for prompt relocation.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, safeguarding practices, and early years student assessment.
