Role overview

Jamaica Craft Cafe is hiring an E-commerce Specialist to take ownership of its online sales presence in the food and beverages space. This position focuses on growing marketplace performance, keeping product information accurate, supporting smooth fulfillment, and protecting product quality and compliance across digital channels.

Core responsibilities

  • Oversee product catalogs on marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, Zomato, Blinkit, and similar channels.
  • Publish and refresh product information, pricing, promotional offers, and visuals.
  • Make sure listings follow FSSAI requirements, including expiry details and labeling norms.
  • Track stock levels, manage rotation of inventory, and monitor product shelf life.
  • Work with the kitchen or production team to confirm product availability.
  • Manage online orders, processing of returns, and responses to customer questions.
  • Design and run festive deals, bundle offers, and promotional campaigns.
  • Review sales metrics and improve listings to raise conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and advertising activity.
  • Coordinate dispatches and delivery timelines so orders reach customers on time.

Required qualifications and experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality is required.
  • Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally within food and beverages.
  • Practical familiarity with platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon, and similar marketplaces is needed.
  • Working knowledge of food safety rules and compliance standards is important.
  • Strong coordination ability and the capacity to manage multiple tasks at once are essential.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and analytics is expected.

Preferred background

  • Experience in a cloud kitchen, restaurant, or FMCG brand will be an advantage.
  • Exposure to performance marketing tools such as Meta Ads and Google Ads is preferred.
  • Comfort with inventory management systems is useful.
  • Creative thinking for building combos, offers, and promotions is desirable.

Salary and benefits

The offered pay is between 30,000 and 35,000 per month, and the final amount is negotiable.
