Role overview
This position is centered on managing Reolink’s official e-commerce presence, mainly the brand website and Amazon, across different regions. Market responsibility is especially important for Australia as well as Europe and the US. Other channels such as Shopee and Lazada are managed by overseas distributors or outsourced partners.
What you will do
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the company’s online storefronts across multiple platforms and keep store performance running smoothly.
- Create and improve product listings by preparing strong titles, detailed descriptions, and accurate item specifics that fit target-market expectations.
- Research keywords and refine listings to strengthen visibility, search rankings, and conversion performance within each platform’s algorithm.
- Develop and launch promotional activities such as discounts, campaigns, ads, and sponsored placements to increase traffic and sales.
- Handle customer orders and coordinate fulfillment so platform service standards are met.
- Review sales, traffic, and conversion metrics, then turn the findings into practical actions to improve product and pricing strategy.
- Make sure all activity follows platform rules, guidelines, and best practices to protect account health and business continuity.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
- At least 3 to 5 years of practical experience managing a company’s official website for e-commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of major marketplace policies and working methods, including Amazon, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Hands-on familiarity with website traffic analysis, conversion improvement, Google Analytics, A/B testing, CPC, and CRO.
- Previous cross-border B2C e-commerce experience is an added advantage, especially for Australia, Europe, and the US.
Work schedule and location
- The role follows a 5-day work week.
- The current office is near Kaki Bukit MRT, Singapore.
- The office is scheduled to relocate to Tai Seng MRT in August 2026.
