Role Overview
Join TalentPop App as an E-Commerce Sales Support Specialist and become the vital link between e-commerce brands and their customers. In this role, you will guide customers through their shopping experience by assisting with inquiries, recovering abandoned carts, and helping discover products tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers across multiple channels including chat, email, phone, and SMS, providing helpful product, order, and returns support while encouraging sales.
- Identify and act on prospects for upselling, cross-selling, bundling, and subscription recovery to boost sales and increase customer loyalty.
- Follow up on abandoned carts, win back previous customers, and maintain post-purchase communication to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle order-related concerns swiftly and effectively, converting challenges into positive customer experiences.
- Maintain brand consistency by upholding its identity, values, and tone in every customer interaction.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback and trends internally to improve sales approaches and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum one year of demonstrated online or remote sales and customer support experience.
- Prior experience in e-commerce environments, familiar with upselling, cross-selling, subscription management, abandoned cart recovery, or customer post-purchase support.
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive style and the ability to build strong relationships leading to successful conversions.
- At least one year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat; e-commerce sales experience is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, CRM systems, or customer engagement platforms is beneficial.
- Self-driven and target-focused with the ability to excel in a dynamic remote work setting.
