About the Role
Myfoodlink is Australia's premier ecommerce platform tailored for independent grocery and liquor retailers, many of whom have yet to establish a strong online presence. Your role will be instrumental in connecting these businesses with an effective ecommerce solution that drives real revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee your personal outbound sales pipeline.
- Consistently achieve weekly targets for new retailer sign-ups.
- Conduct product demonstrations through Zoom meetings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide precise weekly sales forecasts.
- Coordinate seamless transitions of new clients to the onboarding team to ensure smooth integration.
- Continuously enhance your closing rate through in-depth product and market expertise.
Candidate Profile
Success in this role calls for genuine curiosity about customer businesses, proactive pipeline ownership, and a strategic approach to follow-ups that respects the client’s time.
- A minimum of five years' experience in SaaS, ecommerce, retail, or digital sales with confidently cited performance metrics.
- Ability to prioritize understanding the customer's business before pitching the product.
- Persistent yet non-intrusive follow-up skills.
- A reflective approach to unsuccessful deals, focusing on personal improvement.
- Ability to self-manage workflow without direct supervision.
- Location-based in Hobart, Tasmania, and comfortable managing the sales pipeline via Zoom and telephone from the Hobart CBD office.
