Job description

Position Summary

The e-Commerce & Marketplace Coordinator will play a vital role in managing and coordinating product catalogs and communications linked to the company website (CL.com) and partnered marketplaces like Saks.com, Bloomingdales.com, and Palacio.com. Reporting to the e-Commerce Manager, the individual will oversee daily product catalog updates and serve as a communication hub between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily management and updating of the product catalog across CL.com and associated marketplaces via Mirakl.
  • Ensure all product data attributes are precise and updated promptly across all digital storefronts.
  • Identify and correct errors in catalog import files to guarantee timely product publication.
  • Monitor the launch of new products and removal of discontinued styles as instructed.
  • Act as the main liaison for marketplace catalog-related issues and communications.
  • Work collaboratively with the central Content team to coordinate product attribute schedules, deliveries, and launches.
  • Engage with IT teams locally and centrally, along with external stakeholders, to facilitate system enhancements and resolve recurring issues.
  • Support marketing opportunities and the scheduling of product shoots with partners.
  • Support marketplace projects by providing catalog knowledge, assisting in product flow testing, and collaborating with e-Commerce teams.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Between 0 to 2 years experience in e-commerce, retail, or e-concession roles, preferably within luxury or comparable sectors.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools, including Magento, Manhattan MAO, or Mirakl.
  • A genuine passion for the brand Christian Louboutin, demonstrating strong brand ambassadorship and responsibility.
  • Experience working in mid-sized multinational or luxury business environments is preferred.
  • Additional language skills are a valuable complement.
  • Commitment to company policies, including confidentiality requirements.

Compensation Information

Based in New York City, the estimated annual salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000. This figure excludes additional compensation such as commissions, bonuses, benefits, or paid leave, which will be discussed during interview stages or official job offers.
