E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d) – Shopify, Amazon & Marketplaces

MAGITA stands for premium home textiles including beddings, terry products, and other home textiles. The company operates its own Shopify store, sells on Amazon, and is expanding across multiple marketplaces. The team is small and based in Messel near Darmstadt, allowing for close communication and direct collaboration with the owner.

Role Overview

As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be accountable for driving the company's online revenue with a special focus on Amazon. Your key responsibilities include managing Amazon Seller Central activities such as listing optimization, content management, Buy Box administration, and account health monitoring. You will also plan, execute, and profitably optimize Amazon Ads (PPC) campaigns, which constitutes the main part of your role.

Additionally, you will oversee the Shopify store by managing the product range, improving conversion rates, and running promotional campaigns. Expanding and maintaining presence on other marketplaces like OTTO and Kaufland also form part of your duties. You will be responsible for revenue and margin metrics, analyzing figures like ACoS, TACoS, conversion rates, and return rates to successfully steer performance.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads/PPC management
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in KPIs, Excel, and other reporting tools
• Hands-on mentality with eagerness to actively shape the business without corporate silos
• Fluent in German and good command of English
