E-Commerce Manager / Marketplace Account Executive

Role overview

Sayed & Company is hiring a full-time, office-based Marketplace Account Executive / E-Commerce Manager in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The position focuses on running the company’s Etsy store and other online marketplaces, coordinating directly with the business owner, and managing a busy account with frequent customer communication and product oversight.

What you will do

• Handle customer messages and order-related conversations on Etsy.
• Create new product listings, refresh existing ones, and improve them for better performance.
• Support product launches and keep catalogue information up to date.
• Track day-to-day store activity, orders, and marketplace account performance.
• Respond quickly to inquiries while staying aligned with platform rules and standards.
• Work on listing visibility and conversion improvements.
• Manage client communication and help maintain strong relationships.
• Use e-commerce tools and support broader marketplace operations.

Job requirements

• Age should be between 18 and 40 years.
• Male candidates are preferred for this role.
• Education should be at least 12th pass, or the candidate should be highly skilled.
• Intermediate English is needed, with strong written communication.
• At least 1 year of experience is preferred, though freshers with strong learning ability may also be considered.
• This is a day-shift, full-time position.

Preferred background

• Strong communication and client-handling ability.
• Comfort with e-commerce platforms and online tools.
• Basic to good understanding of digital marketing.
• Confident computer usage and general digital proficiency.
• Ability to improve listings for better e-commerce performance.
• Jewellery or jewelry sales knowledge is preferred.

Salary and incentives

The monthly salary is in the range of INR 15,000 to INR 30,000, depending on experience and skill level. A performance-based incentive of INR 10,000+ is also mentioned.
