E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous E-Commerce Executive to handle and expand our online marketplace presence at Pavitra Samagri. This full-time position based in Varanasi requires managing product listings across multiple platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and IndiaMART.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
• Create and enhance product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for better marketability.
• Regularly monitor inventory levels and stock updates.
• Handle order processing and tracking.
• Coordinate efforts with courier and warehouse teams to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage marketplace support requests.
• Implement promotional campaigns to boost product visibility.
• Analyze sales data and recommend strategies to improve sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records of products and orders.

Requirements

• Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Positive mindset and problem-solving aptitude.
• Graduate degree preferred; fresh graduates with learning enthusiasm also considered.
