E-Commerce Executive

Role Overview

The E-Commerce Executive will oversee end-to-end online store operations including customer engagement, product management, order fulfillment, inventory control, and vendor coordination. This role demands close collaboration with marketing creatives and handling payment reconciliations to ensure smooth e-commerce workflows.

Key Duties

• Manage and update the WhatsApp Business catalog by adding or editing products, prices, and images.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, converting them into confirmed orders and providing follow-up support.
• Handle backend website administration using WordPress and WooCommerce by managing product listings, prices, stock availability, and promotional offers.
• Process online orders, update order statuses, modify website content such as banners and offers as necessary.
• Execute daily order processing including coordination of packing, accuracy verification of products, quality checks focusing on freshness, and creating invoices and shipping labels.
• Arrange courier pickups and ensure timely dispatch of orders while keeping shipment tracking information updated.
• Monitor inventory levels, flag shortages, and place stock orders with vendors and suppliers while maintaining comprehensive inventory and order records.
• Track and respond to customer reviews on platforms like Google and Amazon to maintain brand reputation.
• Manage payment reconciliations for cash-on-delivery and prepaid orders, including handling refund processing.
• Prepare weekly sales and stock summary reports to provide insights into business performance.
• Coordinate with designers and marketing agencies for social media creative assets and campaigns.

Additional Information

• Monthly Compensation Range: 10,000 to 15,000 INR
• Work Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
