- Follow health and safety rules, site procedures, and regulatory obligations, while also supporting emergency drills, awareness activities, and related training when required.
- Draft and keep accurate shift handover notes, incident records, daily logs, and other documentation needed for management updates and smooth transition between shifts.
- Work with cleaning and housekeeping contractors to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout Souq7, including restrooms, walkways, public zones, and tenant-facing spaces.
- Assist with crowd control, visitor movement, and event-related operations in coordination with internal teams, tenants, contractors, and service providers.
- Observe service delivery and operational performance during shifts, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective steps where necessary.
- Help onboard, train, and guide new frontline employees to encourage a customer-centric, safety-aware, and professional workplace culture.
- Keep track of operational supplies and communicate replenishment or purchasing needs to the Operations Manager in a timely manner.
- Support incident reviews and follow-up actions by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders and applying lessons learned where appropriate.

- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage several tasks at once.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and report writing.
- Strong spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when needed.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving field environment and coordinating with tenants, contractors, service providers, and internal teams.
- Experience in souq-style, retail, mall, hospitality, or open-market operations is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with tenant operations, visitor services, facility operations, and service provider coordination is preferred.
