Role Overview

Rotana Ras Al Khaimah - The Mangroves is looking for an enthusiastic and capable Maintenance professional to oversee mechanical systems, technical upkeep, and HVAC-related equipment across the property. The position focuses on delivering dependable service standards, solving issues efficiently, and supporting an excellent guest experience.

Key Duties

• Lead and monitor the preventive maintenance programme to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Take responsibility for property health and safety requirements.
• Adhere closely to the maintenance timetable and keep accurate records for later use and reference.
• Work with colleagues from other departments to make sure expectations around quality and progress are met.
• Develop training initiatives for engineering team members and encourage cross-functional skill building.
• Allocate work to team members based on their strengths so that output meets the required standards.

Education, Experience and Technical Fit

The role calls for a mechanical engineering graduate with prior experience in a comparable position and a strong understanding of how equipment is operated and maintained. Strong English communication skills are needed, along with the ability to identify faults and resolve subsystem issues effectively.
