Job description
Role overview
This position focuses on providing technical and medical support for pharmaceutical and medical device products. The role also includes receiving and processing adverse event reports and product complaint intake, while maintaining strong quality and customer service standards.
Core activities
- Respond to medical and technical questions from healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Capture and process adverse event information and product complaint reports in line with required compliance and documentation standards.
- Record every interaction accurately and research inquiries using approved medical information resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve questions and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain working knowledge of client products, clinical trials, SOPs, GCP guidelines, and applicable regulatory expectations.
Working hours
The role follows a rotating shift schedule. Coverage is expected as follows: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
