Opportunity Overview
Veolia is looking for an experienced HR-licensed driver to join their Shepparton, Victoria team. The role involves safely collecting commercial waste from diverse customers. Early morning shifts start as early as 4 am.
Work Schedule and Benefits
- Positions are permanent full-time roles.
- Workweek primarily Monday to Friday, with shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate waste collection vehicles competently and safely.
- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Collect waste and recyclable materials under established long-term contracts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
- Learn to handle various types of fleet equipment as needed.
Requirements for Success
- Must hold a minimum HR driver's license.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Dedicated to safety with a safety-first approach.
