About the Role and Company

MACA is currently hiring multiple Drill Fitters to join our Maintenance Team operating on a 2:1 roster in Perth, Western Australia. As part of a dedicated and dynamic workforce, you will be valued for your skills and rewarded accordingly. MACA, a leading contractor in WA and a proud subsidiary of Thiess, specializes in mining, civil construction, infrastructure, and mineral processing. Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Hold an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate.
  • Possession of an HR Drivers Licence is preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across different fleets and machinery.
  • Experience working within an open pit mining environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Possess a positive, proactive attitude towards work and safety.
