DRA & Non DRA Collection / Recovery Telecaller

Job Overview

Join our Collections department as a Telecaller dedicated to recovering outstanding payments. This full-time position is based in Hyderabad and involves reaching out to customers with pending dues to negotiate repayment terms respectfully and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients regarding overdue payments.
• Clarify repayment options and resolve any billing questions.
• Negotiate and arrange payment plans, tracking commitments effectively.
• Keep detailed records of communications and recovery progress.
• Refer complicated cases to senior staff or legal teams as needed.
• Adhere strictly to company procedures and debt recovery rules.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong verbal skills in Telugu, Hindi, English, and other local languages.
• Excellent active listening and ability to manage disputes.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
• Capability to remain composed under pressure and handle rejection gracefully.
• Knowledge of recovery processes and DRA certification is an advantage.
• Education: minimum completion of 12th grade or graduation.
• Previous experience as a Collections or Recovery Telecaller preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary between 15,000 to 30,000 INR plus incentives based on performance.
