Position Overview

As a Door Ambassador Doorman, you play a crucial role in shaping guests' first and lasting impressions at our hotel. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest arrival and departure experiences, ensuring a welcoming and memorable atmosphere. Empowered to take initiative, your duties will include managing operational tasks, responding promptly to guest requests, completing necessary reports, and sharing highlights of the local area to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a safe and professional environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets at all times.
• Uphold quality standards, presenting a professional appearance including uniform and demeanor.
• Be physically active—standing, walking, and moving for extended periods, and assist with handling items weighing up to 50 pounds unaided or heavier items with assistance.
• Deliver all guest services efficiently to ensure smooth check-in and departure experiences.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned to meet guest and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirement: high school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• No previous related work or supervisory experience required.
• No specific licenses or certifications necessary.
