About the Fellowship
The Los Angeles Chargers present the 5th Annual Donald H. Yee Football Operations Training Camp Fellowship, honoring a distinguished NFL figure known for his dedication and nurturance of emerging talent. This initiative intends to inspire aspiring football players, coaches, and professionals to pursue careers in football operations by providing practical experience and mentorship.
This fellowship emphasizes expanding diversity and inclusion, particularly encouraging applicants from the Asian-American Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. It offers a paid opportunity to cultivate future leaders by providing comprehensive exposure to multiple facets of football operations.
Program Details
The fellowship is a paid position awarding a stipend of $5,000, running concurrently with the 2026 Training Camp schedule, including potential involvement in a Pre-Season game. The term spans from July 29, 2026, through August 18, 2026, located in El Segundo, California.
Responsibilities
- Engage with various football operations departments to gain broad-based experience.
- Work during weekends, evenings, and on game days as needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by management as required.
