Role Overview
This position is for a Domestic Recruiter based in Hyderabad, India. The role calls for a recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience, specifically handling hiring for US clients within the India market. The work shift is from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
What You Will Do
- Recruit for contract and contract-to-hire positions, with this background considered essential.
- Identify potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
- Review profiles, assess suitability, and narrow down the candidate pool.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and stakeholders.
- Ensure candidates have a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Experience Needed
The role requires proven recruiting experience of 2 to 5 years in the India market for US clients. Candidates must have practical exposure to sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment for contract and CTH hiring.
