Role overview
An opportunity is available for a Domestic Cleaner to join the Community team on a permanent full-time basis. The role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working in a team, takes a customer-first approach, and wants to build experience in a healthcare setting.
Main duties
- Deliver a high-quality domestic cleaning service across the premises.
- Keep patient areas, kitchens, and toilets clean, orderly, and hygienic.
- Work alongside the Facilities Supervisor to help meet the agreed NHS cleaning standards and service KPIs.
- Carry out domestic tasks as instructed, including cleaning, relocating furniture, and removing waste.
- Step in to cover annual leave and sickness absences to maintain service continuity.
- Safely move and use cleaning equipment and take appropriate care when handling chemicals or equipment at work.
