About the Role
Credicus Business Services is conducting a large-scale hiring drive for their Poonawala Fincorp telecaller position based in Pune. Candidates will be involved in domestic BPO voice processes, primarily focused on handling customer interactions related to financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and effective manner.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints by providing appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Good communication skills are essential for this role.
- Basic understanding of computer operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rotational shift schedules.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Salary and Benefits
- Fresher candidates can expect up to 14,000 INR in-hand, plus additional incentives.
- Experienced candidates may earn up to 16,000 INR in-hand plus incentives, with exact remuneration based on current CTC and interview performance.
Shift Details
The shift runs from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
