Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with account teams to recommend and build cybersecurity solutions within the specialization of Strata products.
  • Serve as the technical expert for customers at all management levels, bridging discussions from operational teams to senior leaders.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for Cortex, supporting responses to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Lead live demonstrations highlighting our unique security capabilities to prospective customers.
  • Manage Proof of Value (PoV) engagements, ensuring alignment to best practices and securing technical successes.
  • Achieve high validation and PoV success rates within assigned domains.
  • Communicate product fit and differentiation in alignment with customer needs.
  • Design and architect solutions that enhance and simplify customers' security frameworks.
  • Produce High-Level Designs and document critical use cases to ensure proper deployment and value delivery of Palo Alto Networks solutions.
  • Support customers in expanding and enhancing Cortex-centric services.
  • Lead industry discussions outlining emerging security trends and evolving threats.
  • Provide credible comparative analysis of competitor products, clearly positioning Palo Alto Networks’ advantages.
  • Advocate for Palo Alto Networks or partner services to secure effective solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Relay customer insights to internal teams including Product Management, Marketing, and R&D to help shape product enhancements and features.

Experience and Skills Required

  • At least six years’ experience in Security Operations or pre-sales/sales engineering roles involving SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or XDR/EDR technologies.
  • Proven ability to solve customer problems proactively and positively engage with clients.
  • Deep understanding of Security Operations Center workflows and frameworks.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of SIEM and SOAR platforms.
  • Expertise in Endpoint Security solutions such as XDR and EDR.
  • Programming or scripting skills, particularly in Python, are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Computing technologies and DevOps practices is preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is required.
