About the Role
Apollo Pharmacy seeks a proactive Doctor Connect Executive to enhance interactions with healthcare professionals and foster collaboration with doctors. This role demands someone with prior medical representative experience within the pharmaceutical sector, alongside excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong connections with doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Regularly visit doctors to advocate Apollo Pharmacy's healthcare offerings, patient care efforts, and business programs.
- Identify prospects to expand doctor referrals and fortify partnerships.
- Organize and manage doctor engagement initiatives such as CMEs, health camps, and awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of engagement activities.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with doctors and furnish regular activity reports.
- Track competitor activities and deliver market intelligence to leadership.
- Meet set targets related to doctor engagement and organizational growth.
