Role overview
DB InfraGO AG is looking for a Disponent:in Entstörung (w/m/d) for its Leipzig site, with a planned start on 01.09.2026. The position is based in Leipzig and involves shift-based work in the unit responsible for triggering disturbance response actions.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute disturbance dispatching for the regions of Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and Thuringia in a way that is demand-oriented, economical, and on schedule.
- Receive disturbance reports, record them accurately, and process messages and work orders in SAP.
- Identify signals from self-reporting technical systems and initiate the required follow-up measures.
- Coordinate incident resolution and stay in close communication with the involved departments.
- Ensure that the reporting and work-order workflow is maintained properly and fully documented.
- At times, also take on the role of shift lead within technical disturbance dispatching.
Candidate profile
You should have either completed vocational training in an electrical field, such as electronics technician or industrial mechanic, or bring several years of experience in maintenance and/or disturbance response. Alternatively, a master qualification in an electrical trade, such as an IHK master electrician credential, is also suitable. Practical understanding of infrastructure operations is expected in this case.
Strong computer skills are required, along with confident use of MS Office and ideally SAP. Since the role works in continuous shift operations, you must be willing to work around the clock on a 24/7 schedule. A self-directed, well-organized, and dependable working style is important for success in this position.
