Role Overview

This full-time role based in Skopje requires an on-site Dispatcher responsible for organizing daily schedules, assigning tasks and routes, and ensuring prompt service delivery. The Dispatcher’s daily duties include receiving and processing service requests, updating company systems, monitoring progress of jobs, and maintaining communication with field personnel and customers. The position also involves resolving scheduling conflicts, addressing urgent requests, and keeping detailed records of all activities. Collaboration with operations and customer service teams is essential to ensure efficient workflows and client satisfaction.
