On major event days, the role expands to coordinating responses across frontline staff, supervisors, managers, and outside vendors. You will prioritize requests, apply established procedures, use judgment when needed, and ensure issues are assigned, tracked, followed up, escalated, and documented properly. You will also work with weather and incident management systems, understand campus policies and layout, and respond to guest text messages in a professional and timely manner.
