GO! Express & Logistics is looking for an experienced dispatcher to manage outbound courier orders at its Neu-Ulm location. What the role involves
- Managing customer orders for pickups and deliveries with care and accuracy.
- Reviewing, completing, and documenting transport papers and related documents.
- Keeping quality standards and cost targets in focus to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
- Serving as a reliable contact for couriers and client companies regarding the assigned orders.
- Monitoring shipments and maintaining statistics to support operational control.
- Working alternating shifts between 12:00 and 20:30.
What you should bring
- Completed commercial training, ideally in freight forwarding or logistics services, or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in dispatching, preferably in courier, express, parcel, or forwarding environments.
- Good knowledge of the Langenau/Ulm area, familiarity with dangerous goods, and confident use of MS Office.
- A hands-on team mindset, strong drive, and the ability to stay organized while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
