Dispatch Executive - QSR/Food Industry South Goa

Job Summary

We are seeking a Dispatch Executive to join our team at South Goa - Verna for a leading QSR and food brand. This role demands expertise in managing order flows, coordinating kitchen and bakery operations, and supervising the proper packaging and dispatch of food items. The candidate will be responsible for planning routes, manpower management, and maintaining hygiene standards in the workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the processing and segregation of orders efficiently using company software.
• Coordinate operations between kitchen and bakery departments.
• Oversee packaging arrangements and procure all necessary packaging materials.
• Plan and execute deliveries with optimal route and vehicle allocation.
• Maintain detailed dispatch and order records following quality standards.
• Manage shifts and allocate manpower based on order volume.
• Ensure team hygiene and cleanliness of the workspace is maintained.
• Follow FIFO protocols to minimize quality issues.
• Handle perishable and non-perishable food items properly, including vegetables and bakery goods.
• Generate and print necessary labels for products.
• Monitor product temperature post-packaging, maintaining between -18ºC to 4ºC as required.
• Ensure timely dispatches and adherence to turnaround times (TAT).
• Compile and distribute departmental reports before shift end.
• Oversee vendor management and coordination.

Candidate Profile & Experience

Applicants should have between 2 and 10 years of experience in dispatch and logistics management, particularly within food industry sectors such as restaurants or hotels. Knowledge of handling both perishable and non-perishable goods is essential.
