State & Main Kitchen + Bar is seeking a Dishwasher to help keep the kitchen organized, sanitary, and ready for nonstop service. This role supports the back-of-house team by ensuring dishes, cookware, utensils, and prep areas are cleaned efficiently in a lively, high-energy restaurant environment.

Key Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils so they are ready for immediate use.
• Keep the dish station tidy and orderly, and help with simple food preparation when required.
• Follow all health, cleanliness, and safety practices to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
• Assist with garbage handling, sweeping, and mopping to support smooth kitchen operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to help service stay efficient during busy periods.
