Job Summary

Located in Royal Oak, MI, Brown Iron Brewhouse is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to manage various kitchen cleaning tasks and ensure compliance with sanitation standards. The role involves washing dishes and pots, cleaning kitchen equipment, managing storage and rotation of food and supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in dining and bistro areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute thorough cleaning of dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and storage areas.
• Perform janitorial duties in dining service spaces including the dining room and bistro.
• Handle food storage and cleaning ensuring adherence to sanitary protocols and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in fine dining or casual dining restaurant environments.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in confined or elevated spaces.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with proficient problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Location and Employment Details

This is a part-time, onsite position located in Royal Oak, Michigan. Compensation is competitive but not specified.
