About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join the Yarzin Sella culinary team in Aiken, SC. This role offers a Monday through Friday work schedule with no weekend or late-night shifts, providing a perfect balance between your professional and personal life. You will be a valued team member responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards and supporting kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the dishwashing machine, including loading, running, and unloading to ensure all items are spotless and sanitized.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty kitchenware to uphold high cleanliness standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish pit, floors, and back-of-house areas.
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as parboiling and assembling salads.
• Manage waste by sorting and removing trash, maintain soak tubs, and restock clean dishes for kitchen use.
• Complete daily food safety logs and comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team, promoting communication and teamwork.
