Job description
About Dianthus Therapeutics, Inc.
Dianthus Therapeutics is advancing innovative treatments for patients suffering from severe autoimmune disorders. Their lead therapeutic candidate, claseprubart (DNTH103), is engineered for extended half-life, heightened potency, and selective targeting of the active C1s complement protein responsible for disease progression. This design enables less frequent, convenient self-administered subcutaneous injections. Their second candidate, DNTH212, is a pioneering bifunctional inhibitor targeting complementary mechanisms — Type 1 IFN suppression and B cell modulation — potentially improving clinical outcomes with patient-friendly injection methods.
Role Overview
The Director or Senior Director of Program Management will oversee and monitor interdisciplinary drug development initiatives led by Dianthus' internal teams and external partners. This leader collaborates closely with scientific executives and subject-matter specialists to develop, execute, and manage strategic program plans, operational workflows, and processes to align with corporate objectives and timelines. Dianthus fosters a culture centered on core values aiming to enhance patient care, with flexibility for remote work.

- Lead detailed program budgeting efforts together with scientific staff and finance departments, ensuring financial adherence throughout program execution.
- Maintain robust relationships with scientific leads, internal departments, and external partners to keep programs on track.
