You will lead quality strategy and day-to-day execution across a global manufacturing network that supports a fast-growing retail business. The position is centered on raising product quality, strengthening supplier performance, and ensuring customers receive reliable, well-crafted home products at scale.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys building scalable quality systems, solving manufacturing challenges, and driving continuous improvement across factories and internal teams.
What you will do
- Direct quality activities across manufacturing partners, including checks on raw materials, in-process output, and finished goods for home product lines.
- Define, roll out, and uphold quality expectations, procedures, and standards across factory partners to support consistent product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Work with manufacturers and suppliers to strengthen quality control practices, support production qualification, and push ongoing improvement efforts.
- Handle product and process quality problems, including customer complaints, defects, and material non-conformance, using structured problem-solving methods.
- Perform root-cause investigations and put corrective and preventive actions in place to reduce repeat issues.
- Assess factory performance through audits, inspection findings, and quality KPIs.
- Make sure manufacturing partners keep complete and accurate documentation, inspection logs, test outcomes, and compliance records.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, factory processes, and supplier effectiveness.
- Coach and guide factory quality teams to build stronger quality capability across the supply chain.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing quality leadership, preferably in consumer goods, home products, or retail.
- Hands-on experience managing quality programs in manufacturing settings and working directly with factories or suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of inspection methods, quality systems, quality standards, and continuous improvement approaches.
- Ability to investigate root causes and design effective corrective actions in production environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working with factory partners and internal stakeholders.
- Capability to juggle multiple priorities, influence others, and deliver improvements in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with global supply chains and international manufacturing partners is preferred.
Benefits
- Lead quality initiatives in a rapidly expanding global retail and technology-driven environment.
- Influence product quality, customer experience, and more sustainable manufacturing practices.
- Collaborate with international suppliers, manufacturing partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Own quality strategy and operational improvement work in a role with strong business impact.
- Join an innovative, mission-oriented organization focused on quality, value, and sustainability.
- Access professional growth opportunities in a fast-scaling global business.
- Be part of an inclusive culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
