Director, Production Technology (Ballpark)

Position Overview

Located in West Sacramento, California, the Director, Production Technology (Ballpark) leads the strategic planning, implementation, and management of all broadcasting and live event production technology systems within a newly established professional sports ballpark.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves overseeing various production domains including game presentation technology, broadcast engineering, venue audio and video systems, digital signage, control rooms, scoreboard functionalities, and live event production infrastructure. The Director ensures smooth operation and continuous enhancement of these systems to guarantee exceptional fan engagement during baseball games, concerts, special events, and community activities.

Collaboration and Leadership

The individual acts as the chief point of contact for the venue's complete production technology environment. Strong collaboration is expected with departments such as Baseball Operations, Information Technology, Facilities, Marketing, Ballpark Entertainment, and also with external broadcasting entities to innovate and maintain high-quality event production solutions.
