Job description
About the role
Clio is a worldwide leader in legal AI software, helping law firms and legal teams operate with more speed, greater security, and improved efficiency. The company’s mission is to improve the legal experience by supporting legal professionals and expanding access to justice.
The organization is hiring a Director of Product for International Markets to steer product success across regions outside the core market, with a strong emphasis on the UK&I, APAC, Canada, and additional countries as the footprint grows. This is a highly visible leadership position that connects global strategy, product delivery, and regional collaboration.
You will shape the product direction for international markets and ensure execution is effective across different geographies. The role combines strategic leadership, hands-on product management, stakeholder diplomacy, and an entrepreneurial approach. It suits someone who enjoys complexity, builds for varied user needs, and stays close to the details.
What you will do
- Share ownership of performance, adoption, and growth for the full product portfolio in international markets.
- Guide product strategy and execution in mature regions while creating a path for expansion into new countries.
- Advance global product readiness by addressing localization, multilingual functionality, regulatory needs, and market-specific workflows.
- Show an active interest in using AI to improve product craft and ways of working.
- Work closely with Country General Managers and cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Operations.
- Handle complex stakeholder dynamics and reconcile competing priorities with clarity and tact.
- Lead and develop a product management team of four, with growth expected as the international business expands.
- Set a strong vision and direction while staying directly involved in discovery, prioritization, and delivery.
- Spot new opportunities and continually improve how products are built and delivered for global markets.
What you will bring
- Proven leadership of global SaaS products across multiple regions and markets.
- Deep experience in localization and multilingual product development, which is essential for this position.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, including influence in a matrixed organization.
- Background in leading and scaling product teams.
- Capability to think at a strategic level while remaining detail-oriented and focused on execution.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working through uncertainty.
- Experience collaborating across time zones and cultures with a customer-first perspective.
