Role Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance across the entire performance improvement spectrum including Operational Excellence and Lean methodologies.
• Drive Cost and Value Engineering initiatives to optimize financial and operational outcomes.
• Enhance Manufacturing and Production operations for maximal efficiency.
• Focus on identifying and delivering Value Creation opportunities.
• Lead improvements in Procurement and Supply Chain processes.

Candidate Profile

• Experience at Director or Senior Manager level within a top-tier consulting firm.
• Demonstrates strong capabilities in sales and autonomous project delivery ownership.
• Exhibits established communication and advisory skills at the C-suite level.
• Industry expertise in one or more sectors such as Production, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences.
• Fluency in German is required.
