Working in close collaboration with senior executives, you will play a pivotal role in guiding how the company attracts, nurtures, and retains top talent. The position balances strategic oversight with practical execution across recruitment, organizational design, and employee process management. You'll be instrumental in cultivating a high-performance culture in a globally dispersed, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously improve the comprehensive Talent and People strategy to align the company's structure and processes with growth objectives.
  • Direct the entire talent acquisition function, including workforce planning and recruitment operations, enhancing hiring quality and efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor the recruiting team to develop scalable hiring processes across diverse functions and geographic regions.
  • Support executive and senior leadership hiring by optimizing interview methods, candidate experience, and evaluation criteria.
  • Design and uphold scalable people operations systems that cover onboarding, offboarding, documentation, policies, and employee support services.
  • Enhance employee experience throughout all stages of the employment lifecycle by clarifying roles, responsibilities, and organizational reporting structures.
  • Collaborate with leadership on organizational structuring, workforce planning, and workflow enhancements.
  • Implement performance management, feedback mechanisms, career development plans, and retention initiatives to boost employee engagement and growth.
  • Monitor organizational health through people-related metrics, analyze insights, and proactively address talent risks.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executives by delivering effective solutions and building the infrastructure necessary for sustained expansion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HR, or leadership roles within similar domains.
  • Demonstrated success supporting companies with over 100 employees, preferably in fast-growth startups, agencies, or technology enterprises.
  • Experience in leading recruiting teams and managing comprehensive hiring operations.
  • Deep understanding of people operations in remote-first or globally distributed organizations.
  • Proven track record in establishing recruitment systems, onboarding programs, performance evaluation, and employee development frameworks.
  • Experience partnering closely with founders or senior leadership on strategic workforce planning and decisions.
  • Excellent decision-making skills and organizational judgment, with the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Strong proactive ownership mentality focused on execution, problem resolution, and continuous enhancement.
  • Outstanding communication skills to influence stakeholders at all corporate levels.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments requiring the development of new systems and processes.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package ranging from 40000 to 90000 USD annually, inclusive of base salary, performance bonuses, and equity participation.
  • Fully remote work opportunity offering flexibility to work from any preferred location.
  • Chance to shape and structure the people infrastructure within a rapidly expanding enterprise.
  • High degree of autonomy, leadership exposure, and impact while collaborating directly with executive management.
  • Role emphasizes team development, employee experience enhancements, and enabling business growth.
  • Supportive flexible and distributed working culture based on trust, accountability, and achievement.
