Role Overview
As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive talent strategy aimed at attracting, hiring, and nurturing top recruitment professionals. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the entire internal recruitment process, from employer branding and candidate attraction to onboarding and workforce planning, playing a critical role in shaping Mantell Associates' future success.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality Recruitment Consultants, Managers, and aspiring leaders.
- Oversee all phases of internal recruitment, including talent attraction, offer management, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with Directors to anticipate hiring demands and develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Engage with passive candidates within the recruitment sector to build relationships.
- Enhance the employer brand through digital platforms such as LinkedIn and others.
- Innovate sourcing methods, assessment procedures, and recruitment technologies.
- Monitor recruitment performance through KPIs, reporting, and market analyses.
- Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring workflow.
- Support succession planning efforts and facilitate long-term organizational growth.
- Work closely with Learning & Development to optimize onboarding and improve retention rates.
- Coach hiring managers to excel as interviewers and talent evaluators.
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive experience recruiting professionals within the recruitment industry.
- Demonstrable success in hiring top-performing Recruitment Consultants and leadership roles.
- Background in designing talent acquisition strategies in rapidly expanding companies.
- Strong knowledge of direct sourcing, executive search, and contemporary recruitment techniques.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data, track performance, and refine hiring methods.
- Commercial acumen to balance hiring quality, speed, and sustainable business growth.
