Key accountabilities

• Plan and deliver strategic sourcing programs that improve supplier performance, lower costs, and support reliable global supply.
• Create sourcing approaches that fit business priorities, including supplier development, regional sourcing structures, and risk reduction plans.
• Handle supplier evaluation, qualification, negotiations, and contract finalization, making sure commercial terms and service expectations are strong.
• Run supplier performance processes such as scorecards, business reviews, escalation handling, and corrective action follow-up.
• Work closely with Quality and other teams to organize supplier audits and close findings within required timelines.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Marketing, and Operations to support product launches, material readiness, and production planning.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the sourcing team while promoting ownership, ethics, and ongoing improvement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadership, preferably in complex international settings.

• Strong background in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiation.
• Demonstrated success in managing supplier performance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Operations functions.
• Proven people leadership capability, including coaching, talent development, and performance management.
• Working knowledge of procurement systems, ERP platforms, and supplier management tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
