Position Overview

This permanent full-time role offers a blend of onsite and flexible remote work, allowing you to complete administrative duties from home. Support is continuous via a dedicated Mentor and Regional Manager to help you excel.

Location: Caroline Springs VIC, 3023

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, split shifts including:

• Before School Care (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
• After School Care (2:00 PM - 6:30 PM)
• Administration hours totaling 5.5 hours

Total weekly hours: 38 hours

Role Responsibilities

As the Director of Service (also called Coordinator), you will lead a dedicated team responsible for offering a secure, enjoyable, and compliant program. Your duties will include organizing stimulating activities, supervising children, collaborating closely with the school and community, and managing overall service operations.

• Committed to creating meaningful experiences for primary school-aged children.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated to fostering fun environments.
• Willing to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training via Geccko prior to employment as part of TeamKids’ child safety commitment.
• Holds or is working toward a relevant diploma qualification in line with ACECQA standards.
