Role overview
This remote, full-time Director of Product Management role focuses on AI, analytics, and machine learning solutions for the United States market. The position is intended for a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or EAD holder, and may involve travel of up to 25%.
What you will do
- Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI- and analytics-driven offerings.
- Work across engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams to turn customer and market insights into clear requirements and ranked backlogs.
- Evaluate product usage and performance data to spot opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and concept testing through launch, refinement, and scaling.
- Ensure releases align with quality standards, compliance expectations, and business goals.
- Coordinate go-to-market efforts with Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Client Management.
- Oversee product development, quality assurance, and release readiness activities for the team.
- Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert by responding to market shifts, speaking at events, and contributing blogs, white papers, and articles when needed.
- Guide and mentor product managers while promoting experimentation and ongoing improvement.
- Communicate product direction, progress, and outcomes to executive stakeholders and clients.
- Provide leadership and oversight across all phases of the product delivery lifecycle for the cross-functional team.
- Support user conference content creation and participation.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in product management with direct P&L relevance.
- Background in professional services industry environments with both strategic and tactical leadership responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of big data architecture patterns, machine learning algorithms, and large language models.
- Preferred exposure to data platforms such as Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
- Comfort working in a senior leadership role that collaborates closely with technical and business teams.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. An advanced degree is helpful but not mandatory. Preferred academic areas include MIS, IT management, and business management.
Additional information
The role is direct hire and intended for a full-time employment arrangement. Remote work is based in the USA, and travel up to 25% may be required. The position calls for a product leader who can act as both a strategic driver and an execution-focused partner across the organization.
