Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance a high-performing Product organization with distinct ownership across various product domains.
• Establish product strategies, balancing customer value, commercial goals, and technical complexity.
• Translate organizational objectives into clear, actionable product roadmaps and execution plans.
• Create robust feedback loops using customer insights and data to drive ongoing product improvements.
• Develop and refine the Product Operating Model to scale effectively while preserving speed and quality.
• Drive measurable business and customer outcomes across the product portfolio.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow Product Managers and future leaders.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Commercial, and Executive teams to maintain alignment.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience leading and expanding Product organizations in fast-growing technology companies.
• Strong track record managing complex B2B SaaS products from early-stage market fit through scaling.
• Excellent product judgment with the ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term value.
• Data-driven decision-maker comfortable leveraging customer insights, analytics, and commercial data.
• Experienced in influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
• Thrives in dynamic settings with evolving priorities.
• Hands-on leadership approach combining strategic vision with close involvement in product execution.
• Located in Berlin or open to hybrid work onsite several days per week.
