Role Overview
An established international hospitality group is seeking a skilled Director of People & Culture to oversee human resources across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. The role demands strategic leadership in advancing the people agenda throughout multiple premium hospitality brands, nurturing talent acquisition, growth, retention, and supporting the organization's commercial objectives.
Key Duties
- Crafting and implementing a comprehensive People & Culture strategy for a multi-country portfolio.
- Collaborating with senior leaders and hotel management to enhance organizational capabilities and leadership effectiveness.
- Guiding talent management initiatives including succession planning and leadership development.
- Elevating employee engagement and managing employer branding to boost retention across diverse locations.
- Supporting workforce planning, change management, and transformation efforts within the business.
- Advising on employee relations, compliance, and governance matters across different jurisdictions.
- Mentoring hotel leadership to foster high-performance cultures.
- Standardizing People & Culture frameworks while adapting to regional market specifics.
- Serving as a trusted advisor for senior management on all personnel-related issues.
Candidate Profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in HR or People & Culture within the hospitality sector.
- Background supporting multiple sites spanning various countries and regions.
- Expertise in leadership development, talent retention, and succession planning.
- Strong skills in organizational development and employee engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of employee relations and commercial HR partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-makers and drive organizational change.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Europe.
Experience within boutique, lifestyle, luxury, or international hospitality brands is strongly preferred.
