Role Overview

The Director of Operations position is a full-time, on-premises role located in Tampa, Florida. This leadership role is focused on managing daily operations involving rental services, logistics, and customer support functions. Responsibilities include overseeing workflows, establishing performance standards, ensuring operational efficiency and safety, and aligning activities with organizational objectives. The Director will lead, mentor, and develop teams, strategically manage resources, and work closely with other departments to ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality services.

Key duties involve tracking and analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, enhancing operational systems, resolving escalated customer concerns, and upholding compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The incumbent will also champion initiatives aimed at continuous operational improvement, implement industry best practices, and contribute to strategic planning efforts to support sustained growth and profitability.

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in operations management with a focus on process improvement and workflow design.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and enable data-supported decision-making.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including staff training, performance management, and fostering collaboration across teams.
• Competency in budgeting and financial management related to operational costs, forecasting, and resource distribution.
• Exceptional customer service capabilities, including managing escalated issues and maintaining high satisfaction ratings.
• Preferred experience within rental services, logistics, property management, or similar industries with an operational focus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline; advanced degrees or professional certifications in operations or project management are advantageous.
